Somewhere along the way, Monday became the villain.
The inbox villain.
The alarm-clock villain.
The “how is it already Monday?” villain.
But what if Monday is not here to attack you?
What if Monday is simply an invitation to choose your energy before the week chooses it for you?
Joy-led living does not mean your calendar is empty, your inbox is polite, or your coffee magically solves everything.
It means you pause long enough to ask:
How do I want to lead myself this week?
Before the meetings.
Before the errands.
Before the decisions.
Before the world starts pulling on your sleeve.
Today’s practice:
Choose one joy anchor for the week.
Something small.
Something doable.
Something that brings you back to yourself.
Maybe it’s a morning walk.
Maybe it’s sending one joyful text a day.
Maybe it’s music while making coffee.
Maybe it’s taking three breaths before opening email.
Maybe it’s putting one thing on your calendar that is not productive, but deeply human.
Joy does not need to be dramatic to be powerful.
Sometimes it is just the tiny decision to not abandon yourself before the week even begins.
So tell us:
What is your joy anchor this week?
