Joy isn’t always loud.
It doesn’t always look like belly laughs, dance parties, or big wins.
Sometimes…
it’s quiet.
A deep breath that actually lands.
A warm cup of coffee you notice.
A text that makes you feel a little less alone.
And sometimes - this part matters -
joy exists in the same space as grief.
You can miss someone deeply…
and still laugh at a memory.
You can be walking through something heavy…
and still feel a moment of lightness.
That doesn’t mean you’re ignoring the hard stuff.
It means you’re human.
Joy doesn’t cancel grief.
It sits beside it.
Soft. Steady. Available.
So today, don’t go chasing big, loud joy.
Just notice what’s already here.
