We are starting this week STRONG and I am so excited for everything that's happening — let me give you a little rundown so you can get it in the diary.

Today — Monday Aura Live 🎙️

We are kicking the week off with something that I think is going to land for a lot of you. Today we're talking about the old stories that have been holding you back. The ones you've been carrying so long you've started to believe they're just... who you are. Come and join me live — this one is not to be missed.

Wednesday — Healing Circle 🌕 (Premium)

This month's Healing Circle has such a special energy around it. We're working with grief — not just the grief of losing someone, but the grief of feeling stuck, disconnected, like something in you has gone quiet and you don't quite know how to find your way back.
