1st Outage-New to Nuke prep List

This covers the basics- if there is anything I may be missing let me know so the newbies getting in have everything they need beforehand.

Of course this is a whole new world so it is impossible to add everything you will need to know along the way but this should be most of the upfront info needed.

Considering making a video at the plant I am currently working at as RP to showcase a lot of the similar visuals you will see during an outage. If this is something you would find of value let me know and I will post it in here.
