On October 1st I will be starting a challenge! Itll include some sort of physical fitness aspect and a diet aspect as well (meal prep, macro tracking, water intake, etc.) Pictures will be posted for proof, encouragement, and consistent accountability! In remembrance
I know a lot of our hearts are heavy and anxious today, but I wanted to share in case anyone could benefit from this. 2 years ago I saw someone do this and wanted to try it. There’s something so eye opening and surreal about being stopped in your tracks each moment the world changed a little during this day 24 years ago.
