Wins for the week
- Met up with an apartment blocks owner who wants to give me the apartments to company let. Way more than I can chew but I am excited at the opportunity. He understands that I'm a small fish so he's happy for me to take few at a time.
- Met up with a portfolio owner (in McDonalds of all places) that I spoke to back in January and then followed up persistently with. He has a 6 HMOs to sell / company let / rent to buy so now I need to understand how I can help him.
- Was meant to go to a birthday event in London today however because of airline issues it got postponed. So that gives me time today to spend time on building up AI to manage parts of my business
