Goals for the week
Late to the party on this one but still buzzed after session yesterday! Will be using this platform on a Monday and Friday to make sure we getting stuff done! 👌
- Chase offer put into iamsold last week on the property we completed a deal analysis. Bespoke investor so hoping to get this one over the line.
- Using the Social Club guidance create 4-6 reels using their story boards. Post minimum 2 by end of the week.
- Add 4 investors to my whatsapp group.
- Offer without offering on 4 properties for bespoke clients.
- Networking with you guys on Saturday! 🙌
- Build one good relationship with a local agent around South Yorkshire
