Number three is especially important for setting up for success. You also have access to the Keto For Beginners class. Position Your Protein For Maximum Benefit
🥓🍳 Going keto/carnivore is not for the faint of heart. What I mean to say is that you can't feel sorry for the animals. I love animals. I also recognise that we need them to live our lives with the best mental health. 🥦🥬 I'm a recovering vegetarian. I have spent hours chopping vegetables and chewing them. The enamel on my teeth was wearing, my joints were sore, and I was anxious as all get out. I thought I was doing the right thing. But, I was wrong. 🥩❤️ Since becoming a ketovore, someone who eats mainly meat, I have enjoyed clearer thinking, a sense of purpose, and better muscle tone. The changes in my husband are even more profound. 🤩 The most important takeaway is to make sure that you eat protein at your first meal and to eat enough protein throughout the day.
