My husband and I retired early from teaching high school. It was surprisingly easy to stick with our carnivore/keto goals while we were working, but now that we have allllll the time in the world we've really had a hard time staying on track! I don't know how that translates into content, though...LOL Maybe just some tips and tricks for when the "go get a mess of tacos" temptation strikes? 🫣

@Lauren Baetz Oh my gosh that is so true! Our way of "celebrating" anything (last day of school, got our taxes done, lost weight (🫣) is to go out to eat!
