This recipe is delicious and packed with protein.
You need: A high speed blender
Time: 20 minutes (overnight chill for best results)
Ingredients:
10 large egg whites
3/4 cup milk of preference/cream if you feel decadent
2 tablespoons of Allulose or Erythitol/Monk Fruit
2 scoops of chocolate beef protein powder
(I use Prime Protein because I like the taste best.)
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (or not)
Directions:
Scramble the egg whites and chill until cool.
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth.
Pour into desired containers/cups for serving.
Best if chilled overnight.
