Lately I’ve been really interested in how AI can be used for simple real-world automation instead of just content generation. One thing I keep thinking about is how many small businesses still lose opportunities because basic follow-up systems either don’t exist or are overly complicated. Either they aren't configured correctly or are overpriced and business owners don't use it to its full potential. It seems like there’s a huge gap between powerful AI tools and practical day-to-day implementation for normal operators. Right now I’ve mostly been experimenting with workflows, automations, lead response systems, and ways AI can reduce repetitive tasks without making interactions feel robotic.
