Stop trusting your AI's first answer
Here's something most people get wrong: they take the first response and run with it. That's the mistake. AI isn't a vending machine, it's more like a new hire. Talented and fast, but it doesn't know your business or your standards until you push back and correct it. Every time you challenge an answer, you're doing two things: training it to get sharper for your business, and catching what it got wrong before it costs you. AI sounds confident even when it's off. Next time AI gives you something, ask it why. Ask what it assumed. Tell it what's missing that only you would know. The business owners who win with AI won't be the ones who use it the most. They'll be the ones who know how to challenge it well. What's one thing you've caught your AI getting wrong after you pushed back? Drop it below.
Meet Iggy, our new Community Manager
Everyone, this is Iggy Thuray. He is our new Community Manager. From today, he is the person keeping this group alive. He's a 11-year insurance professional, dedicated father and husband. Here's a few words from Iggy: "AI is everything for small business owners over the next 3 years, it will decide whether they scale or lose it all. Think of AI as a massive cruise ship, and you as the captain. The ship doesn't run itself, it needs someone steering it toward what actually matters to your business. That's exactly why your human details and preferences matter so much. AI without direction is just noise; AI with your judgment behind it is leverage." Why him. Iggy joined The AI Edge as a member before he ran it. He has read these posts from the same side of the screen you are on. He knows what it is like to want to comment and close the app instead. What he is taking on right now: - Rebuilding the classroom. Restructuring what is already in there and adding more, so the path from where you are to what you want to build is obvious. - Getting you into the conversation. He is going to work with you directly to get you posting, asking and sharing what you are working on, instead of reading quietly. - Answering you. Post a question, get an answer that day. That list will grow. We are going to keep changing how this group runs based on what actually helps you, and Iggy's role will change with it. Say hi below. Tell him what you do, and the one task you want AI to take off your plate. And if you would rather not post it publicly, DM him. Seriously. Whatever you are stuck on, whatever you have been too unsure to ask in front of everyone, send it to him directly. That is what he is here for, and no question is too basic. Welcome him in.

@Tiffan Kanna First off, thanks for being part of the AI Edge Pro community and the Ai Edge Free community. This is exactly what we're building and helping you create for your business. We want you to get more out of life and build the lifestyle where your business runs in the background without any interruptions.
Multiple Ai Subscriptions
Real talk — how many AI subscriptions are you actually paying for right now, and which ones are non-negotiable? I keep signing up for new ones convinced each is "the one" that finally makes me money, and now I'm just bleeding subscriptions with nothing to show for it 😅 For those of you actually making money with AI — what's the bare minimum stack? What would you cut first if you had to go down to just 2-3 tools?

@Muhammad Haris @Mithuran Manogaran This hits home. I thought stacking subscriptions would skyrocket my productivity, but it really just multiplied my expenses
Build Your First AI Tool with Claude Code (no coding)
Quick question. How many subscriptions are you paying for right now that only kind of do what you need? I counted mine a while back and it was embarrassing. A tool for this, a tool for that, forty bucks here, twenty-five there. Half of them I barely used, and none of them actually talked to each other. I was basically renting software that almost fit. Then I started building my own with Claude Code, and it changed how I think about all of it. Here's the part most people don't realize: you don't need to know how to code. You just describe the tool you want in plain English, and Claude Code builds it for you. The thing that used to need a developer now just needs you to explain what you want clearly. Today's hack walks you through building your first one in about 30 minutes. Here's what's inside: The 30-minute build. Pick a simple tool, describe it, test it, use it. Start to finish in one sitting, and you don't write a single line of code. The exact prompts. One to build it, one to tweak it in plain English when something's not right, and one to package it up so you could even hand it to a client. The real skill. This isn't about becoming technical. It's about learning to describe what you want. That's genuinely the whole game now. The tool stack. Claude Code plus a Claude plan you probably already have. That's it. Nothing new to buy. Honestly, once this clicks you'll never look at a monthly subscription the same way again. Where to get the PDF: It's in the Classroom under Weekly AI Hacks, and it unlocks at Level 2. If you're not there yet, it only takes a few minutes. You level up by engaging, so the fastest way is to comment on this post, leave a few comments on other posts around the community, and like a few things while you're in there. That's enough to get you to Level 2, and then the Claude Code PDF plus every past hack is yours. Drop a comment and tell me. What's the first tool you'd build if you could make anything? And if you want to go further than the manual version, I'm putting together my full Claude Code playbook for The AI Edge Pro, the exact builds I use for client work plus live sessions where we build real tools together.
