Here's something most people get wrong: they take the first response and run with it. That's the mistake. AI isn't a vending machine, it's more like a new hire. Talented and fast, but it doesn't know your business or your standards until you push back and correct it. Every time you challenge an answer, you're doing two things: training it to get sharper for your business, and catching what it got wrong before it costs you. AI sounds confident even when it's off. Next time AI gives you something, ask it why. Ask what it assumed. Tell it what's missing that only you would know. The business owners who win with AI won't be the ones who use it the most.
