This Week’s Feedback Room Drop is Live. Every Friday, VIPs get personalized coaching notes on the training clips they submitted that week - delivered as a pre-recorded diagnostic video. Real eyes. Real corrections. Real progress. This week’s focus: Side Aerials. Here’s what got broken down: → Transitioning from height assistance onto the floor → Why a slightly bigger lunge creates more height and control → Fixing a heavy landing by lifting the chest sooner → Understanding the relationship between the back leg and chest during recovery → Reaching the second leg out to the side instead of stepping behind → Using cartwheel drills and penché mechanics to clean up the finish → Refining an already successful aerial into a polished one This week was such a cool example of progress in real time - going from aerials off height to landing them independently on the floor.
