This week’s focus: Rollover Bridges: Here's what got broken down ⬇️ - Arm Placement: The arm should remain straight and be placed on the floor more quickly to facilitate lifting the second side of the body. - Leg Positioning: Currently, the legs are too low and angled downward, which creates downward momentum and causes the performer to land early. - Goal Alignment: The goal is to achieve a 90° line where the hips, thighs, and toes extend outward in a straight line. This week was such a great example of quality over quantity — taking a familiar skill and upgrading the mechanics so it actually feels easier and stronger.
