For everyone else, here's a peek at what a diagnostic actually looks like inside VIP π
This one was a Scorpion β and we broke it down step by step. A few of the corrections we worked through:
- Reach OVERHEAD, not from underneath. Swing and kick up to grab the leg β it's a totally different path for the body.
- Grab the ANKLE, not the foot. More stability, more control, less wobble.
- Balance on this one is tricky, so use a wall or barre while you're building it.
- Use that bar or wall as a "spotter" β lean your chest or stomach into it to find your balance AND pull deeper into the stretch.
- Can't quite reach with both hands yet? Hold your own wrist while grabbing the foot to open up a little more range.
