Holiday Energy Reminder 💛
If you want to feel a little more steady through Christmas + New Year’s, try this one simple rule: Build your plate like this: - Protein first (eggs, turkey, chicken, fish, Greek yogurt) - Color next (greens, berries, peppers, squash) - Healthy fat (olive oil, avocado, nuts) - One fun thing (yes, enjoy it) This keeps energy more stable and helps with cravings later.
