How are you all coping with this heat 🥵 ( those in the UK that is ) I caught a little of loose women today and they were speaking about women who are experiencing menopause / hot flushes etc and whether they should be offered leave when the country is experiencing high temperatures ? What do you think ?

For those in here that have been through menopause or maybe you’re right in the middle . What are you struggling with the most ? For me it was the hot sweats , not just at night but throughout the day . I remember feeling like I was boiling from the inside out. Hot flushes are such a fun symptom 🤦‍♀️🥵🔥

A Little Update About Our Community
Hey everyone, As you can probably see, things have changed a little… well, quite a lot actually! As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, this community is now focused on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Over time, I’ve realised there’s a real need for a safe, understanding space where women can come together, share what they’re going through, and learn tools to feel calm, confident, and more like themselves again. I know this new direction might not appeal to everyone, and that’s completely okay. I’m so grateful for those of you who’ve been part of this journey so far. I do hope to bring Subconscious Success Skool back in the future, but for now, my energy is here. For those staying, I’d love to know what made you choose to stay and what kind of support or content you’d find most helpful. This is where I’ll be spending most of my time, so please come and say hi! And if you know anyone who’s currently navigating the joys of hot flushes, 3am ceiling stares, or walking into a room and forgetting why they’re there, please share this group with them.
