Hey everyone, I’m going to be a lot more present in here from now on. I know a few of you have mentioned you’re not really sure what Skool actually is, so just to keep it simple — think of it like Facebook or Instagram, just without the algorithm deciding who sees what. So if I post in here, you’ll actually see it… which already makes it a much nicer space to be in. Over the next few days you’ll see everything shift across to Menopause Rewired. I know I said that in my last email but life happened 🙄 The Subconscious Success side is just taking a bit of a back seat for now. Not gone forever… but right now I really want to focus on something that’s been coming up more and more. Menopause. This actually came from someone asking me recently if it’s possible to change how you experience it… and of course I said yes. Because for over 10 years I’ve been helping people with anxiety, sleep, mood, weight, habits… and these are the exact things that start showing up here. So this space is for you if: - you’re right in the middle of it - you’ve been through it (I went through surgical menopause at 36… but I’ll share more on that another time) - or you just want to understand it better You’re all very welcome here 💛 And I’d love to get this moving a bit… Maybe something has come up for you and your wondering if working with the subconscious could help or maybe you want to ask a question about the platform I'm here for it all Sharon x

We’re changing !
Hi everyone, I want to apologize for being quiet in the group lately. I’ve been taking some time to reflect on the best direction for this community and where I can provide the most value. I’ve decided to pivot this group from Subconscious Success Skool to Menopause Rewired. Moving forward, this will be a dedicated space for peri and menopausal women to discover how powerful the subconscious mind is in managing and "rewiring" the symptoms. You'll see the group name and branding update over the next few days. I would love for you to stay on this new journey with me, but I also completely understand if this isn't the right fit for you anymore and you need to move on. For those staying, I’m excited to get started. If there is one specific symptom that has been wearing you down lately, let me know in the comments. Have a great weekend Much love Sharon x

Happy Friday all, I posted this in another group and wanted to post it here, after all this is the main community I care about. Ever had those moments when you’re not lacking motivation, you have loads of ideas but still feel a bit lost ? That’s me right now And yes, it’s ironic given I’m a mindset coach But right now I am pulling in every single tool I have ever taught , reframing, regulating my nervous system, this too shall pass ( one of my favourites ). If you are currently in it right now as I am. I just want to send a virtual hug 🤗 You’re not behind, you’re not broken, you’re human 🥰 And try and do something for you this weekend x

So , How is your week going so far ? I thought I would hop on and let you know a little bit more about your freebie that is hopefully waiting when you hit level 3. I say that because I thought it was published, however, when I went into the classroom there was nothing. I have tried again so fingers crossed. So what is it - It’s a 21-day audio program designed to help you beat procrastination and actually get moving on your goals. It's so easy and gets incredible results quickly ! You just listen to the track once a day for three weeks—ideally at night with headphones on. You don't even have to stay awake; you can just let it play while you drift off to sleep. It's only 10 minutes The goal is to rewire your habits over those 21 days so that drive becomes more automatic. Just a heads-up: only listen when you're relaxing or in bed. Don't use it while driving or doing anything important since it’s meant to get you into a super relaxed state! Hope you guys find it useful. Oh and you get it just by getting on here and chatting.
