Quick question
For those in here that have been through menopause or maybe you’re right in the middle . What are you struggling with the most ? For me it was the hot sweats , not just at night but throughout the day . I remember feeling like I was boiling from the inside out. Hot flushes are such a fun symptom 🤦‍♀️🥵🔥

@Gail Ripley They are horrible . I was only 36 and I didn’t want to let people know I was sweating. So, I’d try and fan myself discreetly, nightmare 🤦‍♀️

A Little Update About Our Community
Hey everyone, As you can probably see, things have changed a little… well, quite a lot actually! As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, this community is now focused on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. Over time, I’ve realised there’s a real need for a safe, understanding space where women can come together, share what they’re going through, and learn tools to feel calm, confident, and more like themselves again. I know this new direction might not appeal to everyone, and that’s completely okay. I’m so grateful for those of you who’ve been part of this journey so far. I do hope to bring Subconscious Success Skool back in the future, but for now, my energy is here. For those staying, I’d love to know what made you choose to stay and what kind of support or content you’d find most helpful. This is where I’ll be spending most of my time, so please come and say hi! And if you know anyone who’s currently navigating the joys of hot flushes, 3am ceiling stares, or walking into a room and forgetting why they’re there, please share this group with them. @Sarah L.A. Pravitra yep, I didn’t go on HRT as I went into surgical menopause. So the sweats started pretty much the next day 🥵

Update
Hey everyone, I’m going to be a lot more present in here from now on. I know a few of you have mentioned you’re not really sure what Skool actually is, so just to keep it simple — think of it like Facebook or Instagram, just without the algorithm deciding who sees what. So if I post in here, you’ll actually see it… which already makes it a much nicer space to be in. Over the next few days you’ll see everything shift across to Menopause Rewired. I know I said that in my last email but life happened 🙄 The Subconscious Success side is just taking a bit of a back seat for now. Not gone forever… but right now I really want to focus on something that’s been coming up more and more. Menopause. This actually came from someone asking me recently if it’s possible to change how you experience it… and of course I said yes. Because for over 10 years I’ve been helping people with anxiety, sleep, mood, weight, habits… and these are the exact things that start showing up here. So this space is for you if: - you’re right in the middle of it - you’ve been through it (I went through surgical menopause at 36… but I’ll share more on that another time) - or you just want to understand it better You’re all very welcome here 💛 And I’d love to get this moving a bit… Maybe something has come up for you and your wondering if working with the subconscious could help or maybe you want to ask a question about the platform I'm here for it all Sharon x
