I’m going to be a lot more present in here from now on.
I know a few of you have mentioned you’re not really sure what Skool actually is, so just to keep it simple — think of it like Facebook or Instagram, just without the algorithm deciding who sees what.
So if I post in here, you’ll actually see it… which already makes it a much nicer space to be in.

I know I said that in my last email but life happened 🙄
The Subconscious Success side is just taking a bit of a back seat for now. Not gone forever… but right now I really want to focus on something that’s been coming up more and more.
Menopause.
This actually came from someone asking me recently if it’s possible to change how you experience it… and of course I said yes.
Because for over 10 years I’ve been helping people with anxiety, sleep, mood, weight, habits… and these are the exact things that start showing up here.
So this space is for you if:
- you’re right in the middle of it
- you’ve been through it (I went through surgical menopause at 36… but I’ll share more on that another time)
- or you just want to understand it better
