Live Eskrima Kali Training is happening in 3 days
Keeping going
Have I completed one challenge every day, no. Some days life gets in the way. But most days i add something new to my repertoire. And most days I do some sort of training. Life gets in the way sometimes, but i don't let that get me down or stop me from achieving.
Day 4: Move for 30 minutes.
I moved into a new home and few weeks ago, so it was easy to find a few hours hard yakka in the yard as I am landscaping.
Day 6-Morning Routine: 10-Min Stretch-Breathing
As a 63 year old, I find a morning movement session is an essential part of staying the day. Most days i will get out into the backyard, bare feet in the grass, ground and breathe. Fortunately it doesn't snow here.

Day 5: Reduce screen time before bed.
Well this challenge is happily missed. Stayed up late instead to watch the Australian Matildas play Japan in the women's Asian Cup final. It was a great match so worth blowing my good streak.
Challenge 3
Not difficult for me to eat one healthy meal a day. I try to keep on top of my food consumption almost every day.
