This gives you a strong foundation to start training and improving straight away. To unlock Level 2 courses, you just need 5 points. You get points simply by: Posting Commenting Liking Engaging with others It’s our way of encouraging participation rather than passively watching. The Level 2 courses are completely free — they just require you to be active in the community. Day 5: Reduce screen time before bed.
Well this challenge is happily missed. Stayed up late instead to watch the Australian Matildas play Japan in the women's Asian Cup final. It was a great match so worth blowing my good streak.
🔥 THROWBACK – 1999 🔥
This takes me right back… My first semi-pro fight back in 1999. I was 18 in this photo, full of energy and ready to go. In the picture: 👊 Lewis Roberts – an incredible fighter and a great friend, fighting for the North West Kickboxing Title 👊 Spencer Wilding – going for the British Championship Spencer went on to do some amazing things, stepping into Hollywood and appearing in films like Harry Potter, Guardians of the Galaxy… and for the Star Wars fans – he actually played Darth Vader in Rogue One. So yeah… you could say I was training in the Dark Side back then and the Force was with us. 😅 But jokes aside, this was a special time. Surrounded by driven fighters, big goals, and a lot of hard work in the gym. These are the kind of moments that shape your journey. 💬 I’d love to hear from you, who did you train with early on? Sometimes I stick my headphones in, crank the music up, and get to work… and honestly, it’s a game changer. The right track just keeps your energy high and pushes you through when you’d normally slow down. Lately, I’ve found myself going back to the music I loved as a teenager. There’s just something about it that hits different. My current go-to artists/albums: -Aerosmith -Extreme (criminally underrated!) -AC/DC -Metallica -Terrorvision – How to Make Friends and Influence People -And of course, being Welsh… Stereophonics 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 There’s a mix of nostalgia and energy there that really works for me. 💬 What about you? I moved into a new home and few weeks ago, so it was easy to find a few hours hard yakka in the yard as I am landscaping.
