Happy Sunday gents, hope you’ve all had a good week. It’s time for our Weekly Wins post. This is where we share something positive from the week—big or small. It could be something in martial arts, training, fitness, or life in general. I’ll kick things off. My win this week is that I’ve been pretty consistent with my extra gym training. Nothing fancy, just showing up and putting the work in. I’m definitely feeling it in the legs and chest though! Another focus for me has been hydration. Because I’m training more, I’ve been trying to hit 64oz of water a day. The downside… I’m pissing like a racehorse 🤦‍♂️ but I suppose that’s the price of staying hydrated. Second Gym session done.
Definitely not as good as yesterday. 10 min rower 10 min cross trainer general arm, chest and leg workout. In and out in 45 min.
First Gym session done.
Well I joined a Gym.. not something I've done for a long time (I worked in a Gym for years). 30min cross trainer Pushed some weight.. nothing crazy. My plan is to get a session in Monday to Friday after I dropped my boy at school
