What to Expect in February
From February, I’ll begin posting structured Tai Chi lessons here.
Each lesson will:
  • Be short and focused
  • Build gradually over time
  • Emphasise traditional martial principles
  • Be suitable for complete beginners
You’ll be encouraged to practise a little, often, rather than doing everything at once.
This is a long-term practice, and the aim is steady improvement - not perfection.
