This lesson introduces a change in level as we move from Snake Creeps Down into Golden Rooster.
The aim is to develop control and balance as you lower and rise, keeping the movement smooth and connected throughout.
Take your time with this one, work within your range and allow the movement to become more stable and confident with practice.
