I’ve just uploaded the first video: Standing, Weight Shifting & Stepping. These can be viewed in the Classroom.
This lesson lays the foundations for everything that follows. The movements are simple, but there’s a lot going on underneath, so take your time with it and feel free to return to it often.
There’s no need to rush or try to perfect anything - just explore and notice what you feel.
Going forward, I’ll be posting:
- A new lesson every Tuesday
- A short recap/refresher video each week
The idea is to give you something steady and manageable to work with, and a chance to revisit key points without overload.
