Day 3 & 4
Yesterday I did my Breathwork, set my intentions and did a 5k walk in the morning, stacked it and kissed the pavement, finalized my logo and rewriting some copy I want to updated, did all my admin then didn’t do to much activity as I haven’t been 100% since Sunday. Today I was up early, did my Breathwork and set my intentions for the day, 2 hour Muay Thai session 8-10 which flogged me, came home and journaled, planning on going to a cafe for lunch and do more work before 4pms session which goes until 6pm. Then I will watch the fights while doing some designing.
Day 3 & 4
My solitude -
Yesterday after my psychology appointment i felt i’d been challenged regarding my need for protecting my peace . My solitude is what charges me and gives me my edge and isn’t a setback . It’s my strength as it allows me to feel my feels and recharge my inner self to be able to do the healthy anxiety things that are necessary to get me to where i am going next . My solitude is my healing and growing and gives me the energy to do the things i could never have imagined! My solitude needs balance and so it's time to move the needle and get myself back out in the World and start living more structured with routines and habits and intention.

Starting day 1 Pushups 12 Squats 16 Sit ups 20 Day 21 Pushups 38 Squats 43 Sit ups 28 I went backwards quite a few times with sit ups so 28 is a good result. It really depended on the time of day, what I ate and what I was wearing. Today was 39 in Melbourne and I'm sweating my butt off after these reps haha.

Day 19 – We Are Almost There!
How’s everyone feeling?! We’re in the final stretch! 🔥🔥🔥 The last two days have been intense workouts all over the place, pushing limits, and the heat turning things up even more. I fasted out whole flight ✈️ and did a 24 hour fast yesterday and am going for a 24-hour fast today. I’m loving being so in control of my emotional eating. How are you holding up?
