Can't wait for this
Day 9/21
Today was a solid 9 out of 10 day. Started with a 7AM CrossFit session, a client call, lunch with the family, long walks, a swim for my second workout, a 90-minute massage, breathwork, journaling, and proper downtime to relax. My PUSH challenge results today: Push-ups: 38 Sit-ups: 42 Squats: 59 Honestly, something big shifted today. After 10 years, I’ve fallen back in love with CrossFit (accidentally) and with it, I found a piece of myself I had been searching for. I feel more alive, more connected, and more grounded than I have in a long time. It has not been about fitness. It has been about discipline, commitment, self-leadership, and coming back to the basics: No coffee. No sugar. No alcohol. Limited socials. Just movement, breathwork, discipline, journaling, and trusting the process. When you strip it all back, the clarity hits different. You start to realize how strong you actually are. And you remember why you started. This is the whole reason why I built this challenge. “The moment you choose to fully show up for yourself, everything changes.” Now it is your turn – check in below: How are your PUSH challenge results going? How are you feeling inside the 21-Day Challenge so far? Drop a quick update in the comments ❤️🙌

I love that you are doing it with the family.
Day 3 & 4
Yesterday I did my Breathwork, set my intentions and did a 5k walk in the morning, stacked it and kissed the pavement, finalized my logo and rewriting some copy I want to updated, did all my admin then didn’t do to much activity as I haven’t been 100% since Sunday. Today I was up early, did my Breathwork and set my intentions for the day, 2 hour Muay Thai session 8-10 which flogged me, came home and journaled, planning on going to a cafe for lunch and do more work before 4pms session which goes until 6pm. Then I will watch the fights while doing some designing.
Day 3 & 4
Post how you are going.
Yesterday and Today were rough. I’m currently detoxing from sugar and caffeine, and as usual it hit hard. Massive tension headache, super low energy. Yesterday I ended up falling asleep from midday until 6 PM, then got up, ate something grounding, and booked a massage to help release the tension. This always happens when I detox my body goes into full reset mode. It’s also no surprise after the last five days in Ubud. I’ve been diving deep into healing: 12 sessions across frequency healing, sound bowls, kundalini yoga, and more. All the layers I’ve been stripping back are integrating now… and I’m feeling it. Starting Thursday, I’m beginning a 3-day fast Maybe longer possibly until Sunday or Monday depending on how my body feels. If you feel called to join me, you’re so welcome to do this alongside me. Today’s been all about listening to my body, working poolside, resting when needed, and honouring where I’m at. How’s everyone else going? Are you tuning into what your body needs right now too? How is your push yourself challenge going? How are you feeling?
Post how you are going.

I got up this morning a little later than usual as I have been feeling flat since Sunday in my stomach. Trying to work out what is causing it so going to go back to basics with food this week. I did go to training only did 1.5hrs again, ran 3ks before class for warm up. Did my pad work and while on the bag work though I was going to 💩💩💩 myself and made it just in time so called it 30mins before 😂😂 coach said I was still strong and I am fighting next 😏. I did my morning Breathwork and intentions setting and ticked everything off. Practicing nasal breathing while running as well. This evening I will journal my day, might have some soup for dinner and jump into bed early with a movie or my book. Fasting with this much training is not possible for me yet but something I want to do over a wend when I can back down on training a little. Thursday, Friday and Saturdays I train about 6 hrs and with no food I am 200% ending up in Bangkok hospital 😂
