I decided to restart this week. Today is Week 1 Day 2 for me. Breathwork done, intention setting done and Gratitude will be done out loud on the way to school drop off

Yesterday and Today were rough. I’m currently detoxing from sugar and caffeine, and as usual it hit hard. Massive tension headache, super low energy. Yesterday I ended up falling asleep from midday until 6 PM, then got up, ate something grounding, and booked a massage to help release the tension. This always happens when I detox my body goes into full reset mode. It’s also no surprise after the last five days in Ubud. I’ve been diving deep into healing: 12 sessions across frequency healing, sound bowls, kundalini yoga, and more. All the layers I’ve been stripping back are integrating now… and I’m feeling it. Starting Thursday, I’m beginning a 3-day fast Maybe longer possibly until Sunday or Monday depending on how my body feels. If you feel called to join me, you’re so welcome to do this alongside me. Today’s been all about listening to my body, working poolside, resting when needed, and honouring where I’m at. How’s everyone else going? Are you tuning into what your body needs right now too? I'm yet to start properly because of every excuse I'm letting be more important than this :-( won't go into detail as I make me sad. I'm doing one of my favourite healing sessions tomrw night. I'm feeling pretty defeated, exhausted and flat 😞

@Kirsty Waddingham happy to fast from Thursday. I was already thinking about doing that from Monday but Thursday is fine. I'm going to have n early night cos running on empty is hard enough. I will do what I need to tonight then revisit everything here to be better prepared for tomrw.
Day 1 CEO Reset Challenge
I had planned to restart the 21 day RRR Life Detox Challenge on 1st April. That didn't happen so I'm very glad and really need this reset to get my mindset back where it should be. I've recently returned from a week away on holidays. Instead of feeling refreshed and alive I feel stressed, flat and pretty sore. I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip because funds weren't plentiful. I worked my butt off to make it happen and had a great time away. Since my return I'm in a pretty decent rut and feeling pretty lost. Today is my first day off work since my return so I think I will head to the pool for a much needed long soak in a spa to release all the tension in my body. The breathwork this morning was welcome but hard to fully embrace given my mindset, lack of sleep and body soreness. I'm looking forward to truly and deeply feeling it as the week progresses. Hope everyone has a great first day 😘

Thanks. I have that. I mean our own little bit of in the forum here where we post our photos/updates /tracking/motivationals 😁 or are we using the RRR Life Detox one? Maybe it can be renamed if I new one isn't being created?
