Time management isn’t about squeezing more in, it’s about removing the mental clutter.
One of the biggest productivity killers?
👉 Decision fatigue.Constantly asking “What should I do next?” drains your energy before you even start.
That’s where time blocking comes in.
Instead of reacting to your day, you plan it with intention. Here’s how I use it:
- Morning block (9–12): Deep work (writing, studying, problem-solving)
- Midday block (13–15): Admin tasks, meetings, errands
- Afternoon block (16–18): Creative tasks or second study session
- Evening block (20–21): Gym, journaling, reading
Each block has a theme, so I never waste time deciding. I just follow the plan.
You don’t need a perfect schedule. You need a system that removes friction.
Try this today:
✅ List your top 3 priorities
✅ Block off your time in 2–3 hour chunks
✅ Stick to the block, not the exact minute
Want a full breakdown of my system? I’ll cover it in this week’s free workshop. Comment “TIME” if you want the link.
