Guilt of completing everything
I've been dealing with this problem recently. It's basically that whenever I complete my goal for a specific day my mind is still in like a go go go mode and when I'm finished with everything and I rest I feel guilt of not doing anything as if I did nothing the whole day so, how do I overcome whatever THIS thing is. (Btw I took some of your advice and it really helped me and I've started seeing the effects of it already)
🚨 Reminder 🚨
Our LIVE Q&A on Instagram is happening TODAY! 🎥🔥 I’ll be answering your biggest questions about studying smarter, beating procrastination, and leveling up this semester. Don’t miss it, it’s your chance to get direct answers and real insights. 👉 And here’s the fun part: We’re also hosting an exclusive AFTERPARTY right after the Q&A. That’s where we’ll go deeper, share behind-the-scenes tips, and I’ll give a couple of strategies that I won’t be sharing on Instagram. If you want in… 💬 Comment “AFTERPARTY” below and I’ll make sure you get the private link. See you later! 🚀

Help me make this community 🔥 valuable for YOU
I’m planning the next 4 weeks of content and I want it built around your needs. What would help you most right now? Pick your top 2–3 and be specific in the comments: 1. 📚 Study method deep dives (active recall, spaced repetition, blurting, Cornell, etc.) 2. ⏱️ Time management templates (time-blocking boards, weekly planners, exam countdowns) 3. 🤖 AI study prompts & workflows (quiz generators, notes → flashcards, review schedulers) 4. 🧪 Course/Exam-specific Q&As (share your subject + syllabus pain points) 5. 🎯 7-day sprints & accountability (daily check-ins, mini-deadlines) 6. 🧠 Anti-procrastination & focus protocols (phone rules, environment design, Pomodoro) 7. 🗂️ Cheat sheets & checklists (revision checklists, exam day routines) 8. 👩‍🏫 Live office hours / hot seats (get feedback on your plan in real time) 9. 💪 Energy & mindset (sleep, exercise, stress tools that boost learning) 10. 🧭 Career/uni strategy (picking courses, internships, applications, portfolios) Comment format:• Your picks: #__ , #__• Your context: degree/subject + exam date• What would make it a 10/10 resource for you? I’ll prioritize the most requested items for next week’s calendar. Let’s build this with you, not for you. 🙌 (If you want me to cover something else entirely, say “WILDCARD” and describe it.)

Time management for multiple subjects
Hey I wanted to ask how to deal with 8 subjects a day while giving tests and going to an academy. I deal with time management and I cant understand how to balance my time.
