Guilt of completing everything
I've been dealing with this problem recently. It's basically that whenever I complete my goal for a specific day my mind is still in like a go go go mode and when I'm finished with everything and I rest I feel guilt of not doing anything as if I did nothing the whole day so, how do I overcome whatever THIS thing is. (Btw I took some of your advice and it really helped me and I've started seeing the effects of it already)

good question, if you set high enough goals you will always want to keep working on them. That's a good thing cause you'll achieve way more over the long run. However, it makes it even more important that we reflect and celebrate small and big accomplishments along the way that help us reach those goals. This means, asking yourself each day: what did I accomplish today, what am I proud of? Write it down in 1 or 2 sentences and you will feel accomplished instead of guilty :)
