Hello everyone, let’s try something new this week 🙌 Trust me, if you stick with this for just one week, you’ll feel the difference. It’s super simple but powerful stuff:
⏰ 6:30-7:00 — Wake up, no snooze!
💧 7:00-7:10 — Drink water, brush those teeth, bathroom break.
🌬 7:10-7:15 — Try 5 minutes of breathwork (seriously, try it and stick to it for one week).
🚿 7:15-7:20 — Cold shower! Sounds crazy, but you’ll feel amazing.
💪 7:20-7:30 — Quick workout—jumping jacks, push-ups, squats.
🌞 7:30-7:45 — Step outside, soak in that fresh air. Sun? 5 mins. Cloudy? 10 mins.
💻 8:00 — Ready to crush the day!
