I’ve had some challenges waking up last week. Maybe it was a jet leg, maybe it was some mindset thing.
This morning got up 7am
Drink 2 glasses of water (1 with 5gr creatine)
Did 15min of my favourite breathwork
Cold shower + brush teeth
Read my self manifest + journal
Go for a walk and chill in the sun for a bit 🌞
8am sharp started work.
