Lemon and Pomegranate hydration drink ๐
430mls Unsweetened coconut water or just water
71mls Pomegranate juice
71mls Lemon juice
1/4 tsp of salt
568mls Cold water
Orange and Lime hydrate drink drink ๐
430mls Unsweetened coconut water or just water
142mls Orange juice
2tbsp of lime juice
Pinch of salt
You can add sweetener, magnesium or calcium depending on your needs and taste.
