Ready to build real stability in your first 90 days? The 12-Week Your First 90 Days Beyond BARS Cohort begins Monday, 2/16 from 7–8 PM PST (all sessions recorded). This program is designed especially for women transitioning from incarceration, rehab, sober living, or group homes — but you are absolutely welcome even if that wasn’t your story. From Insight → Action (Together) Welcome to this week’s 3-Pillar Integration Lab — a space to slow down, reflect, and take one doable step forward. This is not live coaching and not a free-for-all.
