Aloha, @Taletha Derrington 🌺 Welcome, Rebel — so glad you’re here. First, huge congratulations on 5 months of sobriety. That is real work, real commitment, and something to be proud of. Five months in is powerful territory. I love how clearly you named your intention: community, friendship, and fun with sober women. That’s exactly why this space exists. And what you shared about lowering the neural activation energy to get outside? YES. That’s such a wise, self-aware reframe. You’re not lacking motivation — your nervous system is asking for support and safety, and sober friends make that bridge so much easier. You’re in the right place for co-inspiration, co-motivation, and gentle momentum. We do this together here. So glad you found your way to the Sober Rebel Club — Welcome home. šŸ’›

@Jacqueline Abbott First of all — 600 days tomorrow AND on your birthday?! That is powerful. What a way to step into a new year of your life. I hope you feel so proud of yourself. I love that you called yourself a sober rebel. That tells me you already understand this journey isn’t just about not drinking — it’s about choosing a different path, even when it’s uncomfortable. What you shared about wishing you’d figured out your ā€œnew pathā€ sooner? That’s so real. So many of us hit that space in recovery where we think, ā€œOkay… I stopped the chaos. Now what?ā€ And that in-between can feel confusing, even lonely. But you said something wise: everything comes when we’re ready. I truly believe that. Sometimes sobriety clears the ground first… and then we build. There’s no late start here. There’s only alignment. Your wanting community is exactly why this space exists. You deserve a connection with women who are growing, questioning, rebuilding, and living fully — not just surviving. And happy early birthday, Rebel. 600 days is no small thing. That’s discipline, courage, and self-trust in action. 🫶
āœØšŸŽ™ļø EP 3: Rewriting the Rules - What Sobriety *really* means to a Rebel!
What if sobriety didn’t have to fit someone else’s rules? In Episode 3 of the Sober Rebel Podcast, you're invited to question everything you’ve been told about recovery, healing, and what it means to be sober. This episode is for the rebels who never fit the mold. The ones who were told there was only one ā€œrightā€ way to heal—and knew deep down that wasn’t true. We’re talking about: - Letting go of shame-based definitions of sobriety - Releasing the myth that recovery requires perfection - Creating a version of sobriety that actually supports your nervous system, values, and life. Because sobriety isn’t about punishment or restriction—it’s about freedom, clarity, and coming home to yourself. šŸ”„ Inside This Episode: - Myths & misconceptions that keep women stuck in all-or-nothing thinking - What sobriety really means inside the Sober Rebel Club for Women - A personal story about persistence, self-sabotage, and coming back to yourself - Reflective questions to help you define your version of sober rebellion Whether you’re alcohol-free, healing from trauma, or simply done being controlled by old patterns—you belong here. šŸŖž Reflection Prompt: If you could define sobriety for yourself in this season of life—what would it look like? What would it feel like? šŸŽ§ Pause, journal, or send Vanessa a message on Swell to share what your Sober Rebel sobriety looks like. šŸ“„ Download the Rebel Sobriety Manifesto linked in the show notes and keep it close as a reminder: you get to choose your own path. šŸ“£ February Calendar Event Update
🌱 Weekly 3-Pillar Integration Lab tonight @ 7 pm PST
From Insight → Action (Together) Welcome to this week’s 3-Pillar Integration Lab — a space to slow down, reflect, and take one doable step forward. This is not live coaching and not a free-for-all. It’s a guided integration space where you can: - Clarify what pillar needs attention - Name a realistic action step - Get unstuck starting — without pressure to overshare 🧱 This Week’s Structure We’ll be working with the 3 Pillars: - šŸ„— Nourishment - šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø Self-Care - 🌱 Personal Development You’ll notice this lab focuses on application, not perfection. āœļø Before the Lab (Optional but Encouraged) If you want personalized next steps, please complete the 3-Pillar Laser Coaching Form before the call. šŸ‘‰ Google Form Link: FILL OUT THIS FORM I’ll respond with written action steps via Skool DM or email (depending on your tier). šŸ”„ Hot Seat Opportunities (1–2 Spots) During today’s lab, we’ll have 1–2 prepared hot seats. If selected, you’ll be invited to briefly share: 1. Which pillar you’re focusing on 2. One action step you want to take this week 3. Where you feel stuck starting (time, energy, fear, overwhelm, etc.) šŸ’” Hot seats are about starting — not fixing everything. If you’re not in a hot seat, you’ll still gain clarity by watching the process and applying it to your own situation. šŸ‘€ Not Sharing Live? That’s Perfectly OK You’re welcome to: - Listen only - Reflect quietly - Take notes - Apply the questions to yourself There is no requirement to speak to benefit from this lab. šŸ“ After the Lab You’re invited to post in the comments (optional): - The pillar you’re focusing on - One small action step you’re committing to this week This is about momentum, not performance. ✨ This lab exists to help you build self-trust through consistent, compassionate action — one pillar at a time. I’m glad you’re here. ✨ Don't forget to fill out your šŸ‘‰ 3-Pillar Integration Lab Form šŸ‘ˆ

āœØšŸŽ™ļø 20 Ways to Rebel in a Positive Way!
šŸ”„ This Week’s Rebel Choice šŸ”„ Rebellion doesn’t always mean fighting against something. Sometimes it means choosing something better for yourself. In this podcast/blog post, I shared 20 ways to rebel in a positive way — rebellions that support freedom, sobriety, authenticity, and self-trust. ✨ Your invitation: After reading or listening, choose ONE rebellion from the list that feels most alive, supportive, or challenging for you right now. šŸ‘‡ Comment below with: 1ļøāƒ£ The number + title of your rebellion 2ļøāƒ£ One sentence about why you chose it or how you want to practice it this week Examples: - ā€œ#5 Rebel Against Stressful Routines — I’m choosing rest this week without guilt.ā€ - ā€œ#14 Rebel Against Alcohol — recommitting to my why and my sober supports.ā€ - ā€œ#8 Rebel Against Comparison — focusing on my lane and my pace.ā€ There’s no right or wrong choice here. This is about awareness → intention → small, powerful action. šŸ’¬ Feel free to reply to others, cheer them on, or say ā€œsame.ā€ That’s how rebellion becomes community. Let’s rebel — the right way. šŸ’„ For growth. For freedom. For YOU. šŸŽ§ LISTEN HERE: https://www.podbean.com/ep/pb-b2efc-1a1ee9d šŸ‘“ READ HERE: https://beyondbarscoaching.org/blog/f/20-ways-to-rebel-in-a-positive-way
