This Thursday at 5:30pm (UK), we’ll be having a short educational live focused on simple meals, energy, and letting go of pressure around food. Pregnancy has really highlighted for me how precious energy is, and how often complexity around food creates more stress than nourishment. In this live, we’ll talk about: - why simple meals matter right now - how pressure and overthinking drain energy - the role of calm, repeatable meals - letting food be “good enough” - reducing guilt around not doing more This will be a reflective conversation, not a cooking demo.
