As we closed the week, take a moment to pause
This week wasn’t about doing more or getting things “right.” It was about noticing where simplicity felt supportive, in food, in movement, or in energy. You might reflect on: - Where did things feel lighter when you did less? - Did any pressure soften when meals were simpler? - What did your body respond well to this week? You don’t need to have clear answers. Noticing is enough. If you’d like, share one small reflection below, even a word or sentence 🤍 And if not, let this be something you carry quietly into the end of the weekend. You’re exactly where you need to be.

This Week Focus 🤍
This week is about responding instead of pushing. In food. In movement. In energy. Notice where “simpler” feels supportive. No fixing. Just noticing. Awareness is key 🔑🌸

End of January Ritual & Focus
As we enter this space together, take a moment to pause. This Circle is not about doing everything at once, it’s about building trust, one step at a time. Our focus for the coming weeks is: Kitchen Confidence & Ease. We’ll pay attention to knife skills, simple meals, and slowing down just enough to feel steady in the kitchen. Our intention: To reduce pressure and build confidence through repetition, not perfection. You don’t need to keep up with everything! Be tuned for the lives this week as the cooking class, and the nutrition live will mention those important aspects. Choose one small thing to notice, and let that be enough. 🤍
Let’s Make Dukkah Together 🌸
This week’s flavor ritual is all about Dukkah, a fragrant, crunchy Egyptian-inspired blend that transforms any dish into a celebration! 🥳 Here’s what you’ll need: - Nuts: Hazelnuts or pistachios - Seeds: Sesame - Spices: Coriander, cumin - Essentials: Salt and pepper Here are few things we’ll learn in Saturday’s class: - How to toast your spices and nuts to bring out their depth - How to get the perfect texture (not too fine, not too chunky) - How to store your Dukkah for maximum freshness - And my favorite ways to use it throughout the week, from eggs to roasted veg, and especially… fish! Yes, this week’s recipe spotlight is a simple fish dish topped with our homemade Dukkah blend. I’ll walk you through it in our cooking session (live + replay available!) Who’s excited to make dukkah? 😍
Let’s Make Dukkah Together 🌸
Here’s how I used dukkah this week!!
Hello sister, here are some ideas to use the blend we will make later today!! - Crusted white fish (like cod or seabass) with lemon (will do it today) - Roasted carrots or cauliflower tossed in olive oil + dukkah (you can have it with a bed of tahini yogurt dressing) - Dukkah sprinkled over labneh or hummus - On toast with avocado or soft-boiled egg, scramble eggs or even fried eggs! Which one would you try ladies? 🙃
