How I plan my week in 5 minutes on a Sunday
I used to start my Mondays scrambling. Open the laptop, stare at screen, try to remember what I was starting my week with. I was disorganised and for sure would forget something along the way...
Now I do this instead.
On Sunday evening, I open Claude on my phone and brain dump everything. I use the microphone and just say what I want to get done for the week ahead. Not just work stuff, everything - trip to the dentist, gym workouts. What I need to create for work, how much time on Skool, what I need to follow up on, what’s due for which client and when. Just talking, not typing.
I then copy what Claude suggests (with human edits of course) Create a Google Doc. Upload the Google doc into Claude cowork. And it then turns that into a structured plan. Colour coded too!
Every Monday morning I wake up with a clear list already waiting for me.
5 minutes on a Sunday. No more Monday morning fog.
