☕ Sip Happens moment of my week
Recorded a TikTok which I'm still not really comfortable doing. I'd worked out the lighting. I managed the script in one take. BUT my phone wasn't actually switched on to record! Your turn. What's your most recent "why did I do that" moment?

So I heard when doing to talk to camera reel, turn your phone to you talk to lense. It's actually and video comes out better too...... however you must remember to turn the lenses around to. So I made a great video, however the actually camera lens was facing the garden..... I think i may have completely confused you all now.

How I plan my week in 5 minutes on a Sunday
I used to start my Mondays scrambling. Open the laptop, stare at screen, try to remember what I was starting my week with. I was disorganised and for sure would forget something along the way... Now I do this instead. On Sunday evening, I open Claude on my phone and brain dump everything. I use the microphone and just say what I want to get done for the week ahead. Not just work stuff, everything - trip to the dentist, gym workouts. What I need to create for work, how much time on Skool, what I need to follow up on, what’s due for which client and when. Just talking, not typing. I then copy what Claude suggests (with human edits of course) Create a Google Doc. Upload the Google doc into Claude cowork. And it then turns that into a structured plan. Colour coded too! Every Monday morning I wake up with a clear list already waiting for me. 5 minutes on a Sunday. No more Monday morning fog. I’ve recorded a quick video walking through exactly how I set this up so you can do the same thing. If you try it, let me know if your Monday feels different.

☕ Welcome to The Search Café
It's nice to have you here. This is a space for anyone who wants to understand how online visibility actually works now - Google, TikTok, Meta, You Tube, Pinterest - You name it, we try and make it simple for you. No jargon. No tech speak. No one making you feel silly for asking a question. Here's how to get started: ->Head to the Classroom and work through Start Here. It takes five minutes and gives you the full picture of what's changed in search and what this community is about. ->Explore the feed. The Daily Grind is where the main conversation happens. The Tasting Notes is where members share what they've tried and what's working. Have a read, see what others are doing. ->Introduce yourself below. Tell us what you do, where you're based, and what's the one thing about online visibility that's been frustrating you most. I'll go first: I'm Emily. I run Search Everywhere Systems and I help people understand how Google, AI, and social platforms now work together to get found online. I built this community because I kept having the same conversation - people doing great work but couldn't understand why their traffic had dropped. I've been there myself. This place exists so none of us have to figure it out alone. Pull up a chair. Brew, The Search Café Barista is glad you're here too. Emily

Hello I'm very excited to be here and learn. I'm Varsha I teach Indian cooking using only 7 Spices and easy to follow recipes. We're currently living in Leciestershire UK. What's frustrating me as I post on so many platforms is visibility and getting seen by my ideal customer.
