It's nice to have you here. This is a space for anyone who wants to understand how online visibility actually works now - Google, TikTok, Meta, You Tube, Pinterest - You name it, we try and make it simple for you. No jargon. No tech speak. No one making you feel silly for asking a question. Here's how to get started: ->Head to the Classroom and work through Start Here. I run Search Everywhere Systems and I help people understand how Google, AI, and social platforms now work together to get found online. I built this community because I kept having the same conversation - people doing great work but couldn't understand why their traffic had dropped. I've been there myself. Can you help? I’m looking for 5 websites to audit
I’m going to run 5 website audits this week inside the community. Normally these would be a paid audit, but I’m offering the first five free as case studies while I refine the process. I’ll take a look at your site and record a short Loom walkthrough showing: • where your traffic is currently coming from • what Google and AI tools can actually see • the quickest fixes that often unlock more visibility I’ll also share a couple of anonymised case study breakdowns for the group, so everyone can see how the process works. How I plan my week in 5 minutes on a Sunday
I used to start my Mondays scrambling. Open the laptop, stare at screen, try to remember what I was starting my week with. I was disorganised and for sure would forget something along the way... Now I do this instead. On Sunday evening, I open Claude on my phone and brain dump everything. I use the microphone and just say what I want to get done for the week ahead. Not just work stuff, everything - trip to the dentist, gym workouts. What I need to create for work, how much time on Skool, what I need to follow up on, what’s due for which client and when. Just talking, not typing. I then copy what Claude suggests (with human edits of course) Create a Google Doc. Upload the Google doc into Claude cowork. And it then turns that into a structured plan. Colour coded too! Every Monday morning I wake up with a clear list already waiting for me. 5 minutes on a Sunday. No more Monday morning fog. I’ve recorded a quick video walking through exactly how I set this up so you can do the same thing. If you try it, let me know if your Monday feels different.
