I will go first:
🚀 What you learned about yourself? Because I created it, I will share from this perspecitve my experience. I learned that feedback from all of you about what exercises and experiences "landed" the most are important for building classes, and learning activities around your direct feedback ! Very excited for this!
🚀 What you struggled with ? I stressed about if these exercises would be effective. I wrote out the entire challenge, and changed many parts based on what I saw working for all of you, and what I later realized closer to the day of releasing the class, what would not work and what would... A bit unconventional, but I loved it!
🚀 What exercise you enjoyed the most? I did love seeing the results of the Photograph exercise!!!! This gave me so many amazing ideas for the future!
🚀 What your biggest take away was? That I can create each day and that I don't have to have everything perfectly organized!
