Your Responsibility
I recently heard some really good wisdom the other day that has continued to ring in my ears and is changing the way I show up:
You are responsible for the energy you let in, but you are also responsible for the energy you put out.
Whew. Let me tell you!!
I’m a Pitta dosha Gemini, and if that means nothing at all to you, I’ll just say that when I show up, I show UP. I’m on fire, I’m ready to go, and often times with far too much energy for the average person to take in all at once.
What I also am is a safe space. Someone God has asked to hold space for others to heal, but when I don’t take time to ground, to breathe, and to call forth my intention, my energy is chaotic.
Well-meaning, but chaotic.
So this message has been front and center for me this week and I hope it serves you too.
Be responsible for the energy you’re putting out there.
