Hey fellow explorers of consciousness, I’ve been experimenting with something that’s really enhanced my practice – meditation. I’ve found that meditating before diving into exercises like visualisations or manifestation practices makes a huge difference.
To give you an idea of what I mean, I’ve uploaded a peaceful morning video from the spot where I meditate. What I’ve noticed is that when I get into a calm, focused state before I begin visualising, things seem to flow more easily. Instead of trying to force the details, like imagining every leaf or object, they just sort of appear on their own, almost like the universe is rendering them in real time.
For example, when visualising climbing a ladder, I can almost feel the texture of the wood under my hands.
If visualisation is like entering a cheat code, then meditation feels like the perfect way to prepare – like the loading screen before you dive in.
So, I’m curious: does anyone else find meditation helps enhance their manifestation practices? Or am I just floating around in the void, hoping the universe brings me a cup of tea?
