Here is my question today to you on the topic of your self esteem.
What is your self esteem like?
How do you know when your self esteem is high?
How do you know when you are happy with your actions?
How is your opinion of yourself?
This may show up as self talk.
This may show up in how you look after yourself.
This may show up as being full of energy.
I am recording a video series on our sense of self and self esteem, in partucular how we can master our self esteem and ultimately our energy to take action in life.
Often these videos start out with me doing some personal self development. Being a coach it is easy to catch my self talk and ask what is going on here mister unconscious mind?
And with that a rabbit hole is run down in search for fast and effective change.
Maybe this is an interesting place to start, how i rewire my own identity, and unpack this so you can do the same.

What was going on in your life at that time that meant your self evaluation was high?
