Today’s practice invites you to settle in: allow yourself to ease into the rhythm of daily practice. No rushing, no fixing—just presence.
✨ Intention for today: There is nothing I need to fix in this moment—only to be present with it.
🪷 Tip of the Day: Try placing one hand over your heart and the other on your belly. Feel the breath rising and falling beneath your hands.
