Back in February, we ran our first 21-day challenge—and it was amazing to practice self-Reiki collectively. We received lots of positive feedback, and some new members have been asking if we’d be doing another one. Well, here it is! 🌿 Who Is This Challenge For? This challenge offers a fresh, supported way to recommit—without pressure or perfectionism. Just one day at a time. 🔎 You’re Looking to Deepen Your Connection Even if you already practice daily, this challenge invites you to explore new layers of your self-Reiki journey. You may notice subtle shifts, and perhaps discover something new in familiar routines. 🤝 You Love Community & Accountability Reiki is often a solo practice, but doing it alongside others—even virtually—can be motivating and nourishing. The Reiki attunement can be magical and powerful. Which aspect of the attunement jumps out at you?

🚀 If you are just learning Reiki, how would you like it to help you? 🚀 If you are (almost) Reiki Master what still drives you to want to grow and develop? --------------------------------------------------------- Personally my urge to develop and find the truth about myself and the nature of the Universe arrived when I was 19. It has been with me as a very strong sense of urgency all my life. Pushing me forward with almost no rest. I don't truly understand why it is so strong in me - sometimes I long for a break but mostly it fills me with a deep sense of meaning and purpose. It is a huge paradox to know and understand that everything is good, perfect exactly as it is right now. And yet equally at the same time everything must change, evolve and develop upwards in an evolutionary spiral of higher understanding, communion and connection. This paradox cannot be resolved but must be borne for our reality (duality) to be able to exist.
