No rushing, no fixing—just presence. ✨ Intention for today: There is nothing I need to fix in this moment—only to be present with it. 🪷 Tip of the Day: Try placing one hand over your heart and the other on your belly. Feel the breath rising and falling beneath your hands. 🖊️ Optional journal prompt: What shifts when I stop trying to change or fix something—and simply listen?
